Water-cooled metal mold centrifuge was usedto cast high-temperature molten iron, which wascontinuously poured into the high-speed rotatingpipe mold and solidified to form ductile iron pipeby water cooling. Cast ductile iron pipes areimmediately inspected and weighed to ensure thatthe quality of each pipe meets the requirements.
The cast ductile iron pipe enters the annealingfurnace. The length of the annealing furnace in ourcompany is 70m, whi r is the longest in China. Itcan ensure that the cast iron pipe is annealedsufficiently to obtain the metallographic structureneeded for the ductile iron pipe.
According to the customer's requirement, thehigh-pressure electric spraying machine is used tospray zinc according to ISO2531 internationalstandard (130g/m2) to increase the anticorrosionability. Qualified ductile iron pipes are sent to thegrinding position for external inspection, and eachpipe bearing, socket, inner wall grinding andcleaning.
The well-maintained pipes are first heatedand then sprayed with anticorrosive paint by anai!tomatic spraying machine to increase theanticorrosive ability of the pipes.
